Warranty

Black Flys Has A One Year Warranty Policy from the date of purchase by the original owner. Manufactured defects are warranted by Black Flys eyewear, not the retailed dealer. Warranty excludes: lens scratches caused by negligence, improper use to sunglasses such as: dog toys, face plants, taking a punch with your shades on, concrete shuffle board, etc., etc... Liability is limited solely to the repair of the sunglasses. Sunglasses will be replaced if deemed necessary by Black Flys eyewear. We disclaim liability for related damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty. A copy of the receipt must be included with all warranties.

Returns & Exchange Instructions

You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or exchange. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. Once clothing has been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged. Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.
